Transfering Problem

    K, i have a P4, 1GB Ram, ect.


    my main HDD is a 720GB and i have a 1TB as my second HDD,
    im trying to move my Divx Movies over to the 1TB HDD, (i have ALOT)
    and it's taking 1 hr to transfer 700MB, i remember this been alot quicker.

    if you have any idears i would like to know because i don't wanna take it to the shop, and loose $50.

    Do you have more than one antivirus softwares running? Or windows search indexer? Or one antivirus and windows search indexer?

    Non running (only have 1 anti-virus)

    it's been like this for around 2 months now.
