OK, so I've created video files (AVI) in Premiere and I now I want to burn them (using ImgBurn). I open ImgBurn, but am clueless as to what the steps are to get these files onto a fully functional DVDr. Do I need to author the video? I'm not sure what authoring even means. Do I need a separate program to create menus? PLEASE HELP!

Note: I've also gone ahead and downloaded the InfoEdit program, and reviewed the description of 'authoring'. And I do realize there are guides on this site, but I'm completely lost as to where I should start. The guides I've tried don't seem to be talking about what I'm trying to do.
