No subtitle after converting it to .vob file.

I was trying to convert a MKV to a vob file so I can burn to a DVD. Only problem is that the every time I tried there is no Subtitles, I tried looking for the sub(using vlc codec infomation box) and found that the subtitle codec is subt,

The question I have is what's wrong or what did I go wrong ?.

(PS, I was using Vob_Sub 2.23 as a plugins for Cucusoft video converter suite)
