    alright,Guys.

So anybody know how to tune the convergence Pots for a Hitachi Cu5002k.

I've contacted support and they want me to fork over 30 bucks for a manual. the TV Repair shop wants to charge me 100 dollars.

i can do this myself i just need the proper pot values.

    here's the control panel diagram.

    and the Control Panel Itself:

i know the TV is old but it works, just as well as when we first got it.

    any help would be appreciated.

The only way that I've done this required a pattern generator, a mirror, and manually adjusting the pots.

Even if you had values for the pots, the setting change over time as other component values change, hence the use of pots vs. fixed resistors.

You're probably better off paying the $100.00. it's a very time consuming process.
