I can't logon to my laptop. I am using the correct password. I have tried safe mode to no avail. I was trying to deactivate the hidden Administrator account so my main account(which is an admin) is the only one on my system. When I locked my laptop to see if the hidden Administrator account was deactivated, it wouldn't let me log back in. When I try to logon, it says "The username or password is incorrect." My password hint still shows up and the reset password option(I can't use that because I don't have a reset disk or flash drive made). Please respond ASAP as I'm on a computer that I can't use non-stop.

sorry.. i just have to laugh

when you deleted the main admin account.. you likely deleted the "administrators" group as well.. leaving your admin group user account with no logon.

M$ tried to steal the *nix users and groups system.. epic fail.

look for a boot disk with account setup or password modify capabilities.. you will have to google for something because I'm not going to post that kind of info.
