Pioneer KURO Model No. Question

Probably everyone by now is aware of the sad fact that Pioneer is exiting the plasma TV manufacturing business. Pioneer KURO displays will cease production in April.

Is there an equivalent model here in the U.S. that also comes with the external Media receiver unit? Or is this strictly for the European markets. Any help is greatly appreciated.
