   MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK SORRY !
   OKAY I HAVE A 2000 DELL LATITUDE CPI LAPTOP.
   BATTERY IS DEAD AND WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN
   BUT IT WILL NOT WORK WITH JUST A POWER CHORD.
   DO I HAVE TO HAVE A BATTERY TO USE THE WALL PLUG IN ?
   ANY HELP WOULD BE AWSOME !!
   I AM NEW TO THIS SIGHT SO BE GENTLY . HA HA
