IE 7 wont install

    im having probs wit IE7. pre christmas i did reinstall of windows(from dell cd)and it installed IE6 so i did the update to IE7 and am now having probs, wheni click the internet icon the screen just flashes and thats it,so i uninstalled back to IE6 and it works fine,so i went to microsoft download centre to check for updates and it reinstalled IE7 again and still it wont work.so back again to IE6 and everything works ??? any help appreciated

    ie8 is out.works well so far.

    lol forget IE 7 and 8 get Firefox its much safer, faster and for some reason it shows more clear compared to IE

    ok then,did you uninstall ie7 and trie again?

    yes, as i said in original post have done a reinstall of IE7 twice but wont work.

    try going to the microsoft help and support site.chances are you have free email support for this problem.describe the problem and email them.they are usually very prompt with replies.if this solves your problem do post back with the fix.id be curious to know.
