windows mail logon

    Hi yestrday when i tried to access my mail a box asking for user name and password keeps popping up and no matter what i try it will not let me in .I deleted the account and did re setup,also tried system restore but get an error,Im using vista and im new to it,also windows mail.How can i switch off this login request?
