Mac The Ripper Audio missing

Hey I'm using Mac The Ripper to copy world war 2 documentary dvds to my computer to edit them in final cut pro but for some reason the audio is not being copied just the video files and when i open the dvd up and go into the audio ts folder there's no files in there and its like that for all the dvds but there's obviously audio on them when i watch them. so if anyone knows why this is or knows how to fix it please let me know.
