Is there a program where you can set what time you want to download something because im with TPG and the on-peak is from 9am - 4am with only 10gb but from 4am - 9am there is 15gb but i never really get to use that.

    Thanks any help is great

What software are you using at the moment for your downloads? If your using Utorrent for example, there is a scheduler function in preferences and a shut down option also...both are in the menu bar under...options. A different client or perhaps a download manager, will have different settings available. Being as you haven't mentioned the software you're using, this makes the help a bit general.

    Cheers.

And I sympathise with you on the TPG thingy! ..I do...i really really do. The split allowances the limitations placed, are all TOTALLY UNNECESSARY and POINTLESS.
Forgive me for shouting lapjim as I get a bit excited about our home affairs. None of which are directed at you...just so that you know.

So you've had a play with the settings and so forth, have you got what you asked for initially? Perhaps Utorrent can manage your downloads as you would like and within reason.

    Here's hoping so

    and cheers

PS: TPG just bought out SOUL. What i find amazing is that soul can advertise for unlimited usage (never before in their history if i have it right) and then gather a multitude of customers over a radio commercial with a good deal, then knowingly sell their company for more than it's worth, and all of this before hand! Does the word "suspect" come to mind?

    Yours faithfully

    Steve.

    EDIT: Grammar correction

2ND EDIT: Go back to version 1.6.1 this is a pre-macrovision version, just thought you'd like to know is all.
