PLEASE HELP Windows XP Home

    At the Windows login screen I type in my password and it says loading your personal settings its shows the desktop for about 1 second like its going to load then it says saving settings..I've tried to boot in safe mode but it does the same thing when I click on admin login Please Help I have important docs I need to get off this drive...

    You need to try and find your/borrow someone's XP disk. You need to insert it and select the repair option. Your problem is caused by a corrupt/deleted login config file. there's not a lot you can do without logging in....
