I have been having this problem for a while now actually.

I enjoy playing Red alert 2: Yuri's revenge against some of my friends (over internet not lan, we all have retail) except the only way we can all play together is if I host. If he hosts the game will start up, load, and then freeze as soon as you can see the units.

Then when I host we can play the game as normal but then once the match ends it gets suck in an infinite loop of "fetching the servers".

Then when I close out of the game (by normal means or ctrl+alt+del) my computer is no longer connected to the internet. I cannot repair the connected since it says it cant find any. However it does say I am connected under the network connections tab.

Yesterday I had formatted all my hard drives (not JUST for the game but for other reasons) and I tried playing it again only to find the same thing happened.

It even happens when I only play with 1 friend.

(I have not tried joining a random game and then quitting out. Perhaps I should try that to see if the same thing happens)

    Any ideas?
