While the GPU is a bit of an anachronism, the rest of the system is sound. You've chosen a good PSU, but not a very good motherboard. MD have appalling customer service.
thanks i'll go with the board u suggested. yeah i know MD have bad service, but I wanted the seller to fix the CPU into the motherboard, cause i'd most likely mess up the pins, and i can't really go to other big retails[too far away]. i was gonna ask MD if they could do it and also upgrade the BIOS for the E5200 compatibility when i'll be buying the board from em. got any ideas?
if you can squeeze out a few more bucks to put into your motherboard you could look into getting a p35 chipset board. much better overclocking, that way you can "future proof" your system. even though we all know thats virtually impossible.

They won't do that, because it isn't safe to ship the board and CPU in situ. It's even more likely to cause damage if they do that. Fitting a CPU isn't hard. The EP43 boards are better than the EP31s, but there's not a huge difference. For a budget PC like this, either will do OK. The biggest benefit to the EP43 is it can take 4 memory sticks at once (for future upgrade to 8GB if you'd ever need it) whereas despite the EP31 having 4 slots, it can only take 2 sticks of memory at once.
right, after several attempts I managed to make the whole system worked with the CPU nicely overclocked at 3.00 GHZ stable^^ i've tried several games: Call Of Duty 4 Mirror's Edge Crysis Prince Of Persia [2008] I can watch anime and movies at full 1080p without any frame drops at all^^ i've tried Afro Samurai-Ressurrection[1080p] and a few films they all worked at full graphics without any lag \^^/. thank you all for your kind help^^
haha, i actually am. the 9600GT isn't the normal version, its the xxx overclocked version which i further overclocked^^
You're still not running max settings, as an overclocked 9600GT can't manage anywhere near that. 1920x1080 all High will start relaively playable in the first couple of levels. Get as far as 'Core', 'Paradise Lost' or worse, 'Reckoning' and it will grind to a halt. Run Very High settings and it'll be a slideshow. For ref, the step up from a 9600GT to an 8800GT is about 30%, yet the best you'll see from an overclock is 10-15% tops.
