I just got a Thomson DVR installed by UPC. The tech told me that it was just like SKY+ and I was expecting it would be. BUT: 1. No series link, and 2. Can't record two programs at the same time. Sent a mail to UPC and I was told that this is correct that I can't record two channels at the same time but this would become available later as well as the series link... WTF? I'm paying premium money for this service!!!! So what is it? Do the Dublin UPC Thomson DVR record two channels at once or what? The manual I got with the box says it does, CS says no, NTL/UPC's adverts say they do... Any advice would be welcomed.... Cheers
