Lost mobile phone

    if you find a mobile phone and hand it in to police and it is not claimed and returend to you is this phone now legally yours and can you use it

    hi if the phone is returned to you by the police then you are now the owner of it
    you can use the phone providing it has not been blocked
    i would advise to change the sim card
    i recently had a phone i found returned to me by the police and unfortunatly it was blocked so im using it for spares instead

    If the phone is returned to you from police then I guess you can easily use it. However I would suggest you to take a new sim card.
