ive bought a pre owned bb 8900 curve off ebay the phone is locked to orange uk so ive got myself a new payg orange sim and fitted that into the phone but i cant use the phone as theres no signal and the screen displays this message 'SIM not provisioned:2' does this mean the sim needs to be setup for blackberry use or does this mean the phones blocked or something if it is blocked the person i bought it from will be getting it straight back and refunding me in full all help is greatly appreciated also does anyone know the unlock codes for this phone and a how to woud be appreciated to thanks tony
Hello, The message shows that phone is locked and you cannot use SIM of your choice until you get it unlocked. Blackberry Curve Orange UK unlock code is available here, unlock process is pretty straight and wont take more then a minute, once you have the code. Please feel free to PM me if you need more help.
