Dpg enconder with 30 fps

    Hi people,
    Recently i put some movies in my ds...
    I encoded them with super and dpgencoder but on both it start to get lip sync after a while...
    Obvious when the framerate is 24 (maximun with both encoders).
    1.
    Now i wanted to ask if theres a encoder with 30 fps ?

    (sry for my bad english)
