Check out SVCD2DVD That's what it's made for. It doesn't reencode the mpg video. It just changes the audio to be mpeg2 compliant, then authors a dvd to a VIDEO_TS folder or you can set it to burn with Imgburn. It can do other conversions but it was originally designed for exactly what you are doing.
that is software good ? can make manu title movie name can make ? VCD 1 movie wil be CD 1 700mb CD 2 650MB total File size 1.3gb if make to dvd wil be orignal file size right we can make collection movie ?? wil same quality for VCD wil work ????
