how do i flash me xbox with my laptop

i hav a benq xbox360 and i want to play back up games
i think i no how to download d games n all bu i don no how to flash it. and i want to do it wit my laptop but idont hav dem sata ports so i wud also like to no wat one 2 get 4 my laptop the thing u buy sepret nd put in the side , d slot at d side of my laptop is a pciex slot . dat wud be great
nd also if any1 dat has vuze nos why when u start it up my laptop gets a bluescreen and restarts .tanx
