exporting music from ipod to laptop

Hi anyone please help I have lost 2000 sons due to my laptop crashing on me and my itunes deleting which means loosing all my music. My ipod has all my music on it although i dont no how to export all the music files to my laptop. Please help and make it as easy as possible as I am no good with these things lol

All the music is in a hidden folder called control. Just copy it out. Now would be a GREAT time to drop itunes and use either Winamp or Media Monkey. When they start up the will find your music in the copied folder.

 

sorri im not to good with computers. do u mean my music is hidden on the laptop or were. i have tried reinstalling all the itunes folder from my recyle bin but nothing has come. wats mediamonkey and winamp. I think i have lost all my music from the laptop and am tryin to figure a way of exporting all my music files from the ipod to the laptop.


please help asap im am like so stressd about this please

 

sorry I also wanted to ask do u no on a apple mac r u able to export music from the ipod to mac
