Sound Problem Starview?

Hi All, I've suddenly got this problem with the sound on Stavriew where a woman speaks and tells me what it happening, it's driving me potty. I've had it before but can't remember how to stop it. appreciate any help. Cheers

Oh god I've had to put up with it in Neighbours and now Home and Away!

try pressing the audio button and select different stream i think.

 

I think I was told to do this before and it worked, I pressed audio and get either NAR or eng, have selected both but has not fixed it?
