Hello, I upgraded to firmware 3.0 beta 3 on my iPhone 2g and jailbroke it because I could not activate otherwise, I am not a developer. Everything works find except that I can not get a cell signal of any kind, prior to the upgrade I had maximum bars in my location. I already know how to downgrade, and have done it, but I want to use 3.0. I used quickpwn to jailbreak the phone, I did not unlock it because quickpwn would freeze if I did. I use AT&T. Any help is appreciated.
From all the i have read and heard about the 3.0 Beta is that the only way to get it to work is if you have a developers code. Other than somehow getting your hands on one of those the best thing i think you could do is just downgrade it.
