someone please help!!!! every time i am on the internet on my laptop surfing through the pages more times than not a message pops up internet explorer has stopped working. internet explorer is restarting this is very anoying as more times than not i am working on it and loosing work on e-mails and things like that....it shuts the page i was working on and automatically goes back to the desk top and restarts and goes back to home page and search engine...can someone please help!!!!!
Possibly a virus or malware. Scan your PC for viruses or malware first. You may need to go to another computer or internet cafe with a memory stick if you can't keep a browser connection. My current favorites. Lava soft Ad-aware (free version) Malaware AVG Free (virus scanner)
