ok so i open up my laptop login blah blah blah and the screen is just blak no desktop, start bar or anythin the only way i can get onto programs is by goin onto windows task manager and clickin new task then bookmarkin em too go on next time the problem is i cant change sound or find all my files does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix it i dont care how wild they are i just want a way that will work PS: that does not include buyin a new laptop
What tools do you have to work with? Manufacturer recover tools on hard drive or separate disc? Windows Install disc? Backups you have made?
I wasn't referring to what you can do with you computer currently but rather any tools you have available to fix it. The tools I'm referring two will run regardless of the state windows is in. Did you update or install anything before this started to happen? What OS are you running?
