I think i may have some malware on my system, i tried to remove as much of it as i could but im not quite sure if i got it all or not. if anyone could look at this log and tell me what you think i would really appreciate it.

To improve your pc's security you need to update with all the latest patches inlcuding SP3 and IE7 but before doing this do a complete online virus scan at this link
