hi help major problem

    hi i have been asking every1 and i really need my pc okay heres the problem well everytime i try to turn something it on is says the archive is either in unknown format or damaged and i cant find anything to help anf if i do once i download it it doesnt even open so somebody help wats could be problem and i cant even get someone to teamview me cuz i cant turn it on plz help i tryed everything i been searching all day on how to get the pc work with this probelm plz help
