MY PSP (4.01)can't read EBOOT.PBP file??Why???

im trying to use the BOOKR(PDF reader) app.After i download, and paste it on the :PSP/GAME..still cant use it..anyone can help me..plzzz..my final exam is just beside the corner..huuuuu

Eboot.PBP is a program that runs on custom firmware CFW you have OFW and its higher than 3.95 you cant custom firmware it either
