Hi everybody,

I have a problem since i switched from XP to vista and now windows7.
Seems like all the software i use for encoding raw avi's (frapsed from games) to divx movies to upload em on the internet stopped working for me.

In XP i used fraps to record realtime game play, edit the raw avi in camtasia studio and i converted to Divx in Dr. Divx oss. Worked like a charm!
After i switched to vista x64 dr. divx didnt work anymore and i couldnt find other software that could convent the raw avi to divx in good quality.

Now i have windows 7 x64 and still the same problem, i just can't seem to find a nice piece of software to do the avi to divx conversion for me.
I havent written down the error codes from the programs because i think the software is just incompatible with win7 or the x64 bit architecture.

Does anybody have any suggestions about software that runs on the win7 x64 platform and than can convert a simple avi to a divx file.

I have tried the following software without any luck:
Dr. Divx oss
TMPGEnc Xpress V4.7
VirtualDub.

I prefare a simpel "set and go" program but if a more complicated program works thats fine by me as well.
I don't have much experience with difficult programs.
The dr. divx oss was more than enough because you could set it on insane quality and the divx file looked exactly like the raw avi.
The outcome size doesnt really matter, i dont need high compression, just want nice quality (with a minimum res of 1650x1080).
