Hi, I hv njyd afterdawn.com for abt 2yrs. I dwnld my frst copy and burn sftwre frm hr. I hv fnd you guys to very hlpfl w/ technical support for us not that savvy, thanks alot. I dwnld and used dvdfab platinum during the trail period and I hv loved it ever since. I hv always used an ordinary single layer blank dvd to copy to. yesterday I purchased and downloaded dvdfab platinum (option:Mobile) 5.2.5.0 and it asked please insert a double layer in media drive. I can't afford to use that type of disc LOL Can someone help me fix this problem or do I need to get a refund?
Your english is hard to understand. That's probably you haven't had any replies. From what I can understand, you need to go into DVDFab's settings and click on the DVD to DVD tab. Then where it says Default output size, change it to DVD5.
