bad sound from keyboard

    i currently own a razer keyboard, mouse and headset as some of you may know the razer tarantula has ports on the back for a headset and the keyboad plugs into the motherboard sound ports (asus p5k) but i get a horrible interfernce noise, what is it?, can this be fixed?

    Those ports are analog, so the problem is most likely coming from a bad cable or loose wiring inside the board. If you have a soldering iron and a replacement cable, it can be fixed...but you are probably better off getting a set of extension cables for your headset.

    oh well thanks for reply, the cable for headphones are huge, its just it gets annoying wanting to unplug my headset and have to fiddle at tyhe back of my conputer, thanks anyway :)

    grievsa93, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP. yours is 730x178 pixels
    2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
