hi ive been trying to burn a cd with roxio easy media creative suite 9 but everytime i try to make a cd i get this message ulong error number 0000007.what does this mean?ive tried a few cd brands but they arent reconized by the burner..it keeps asking for blank cds but they are all new blank cds..is there a tool i could try to test the drive? thanks benbernie
Hi, try uninstalling the drive in device manager, and then restarting.If its an ide drive, uninstall the ide controllers bothe primary and secondary.Restart and see if this helps
