Hey guys I'm having a dificult time with getting my vodeo chat to work in Windows Live Messanger. I have the 2009 version. Every time I click on video chat with my friend it comes up with this error "Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70013)" I have read a bunch of things about how Mcafee Site Advisor is the problem but the thing is I don't even have Mcafee. I have AVG Pro. I know that when I did a certian update it stop working right after the update, and I am quite sure that the update was the problem I just don't know how to fix it. I have windows vista Ultimate 64-bit. If you guys could give me a way to work around this that would be great. any help would be hot!
Ya I thought of that but I tried disabling AVG linkscanner but it still didn't work. . . . after the error started coming up I did a system restore right before my updates were downloaded and it work fine for a while then now this morning I get up and try to talk to my friend and it won't work again. somebody HELP!
Sorry for the long delay . . . Yes I have tried uninstalling it and I acually tried installing msn 8.5 but that is too quirky and always locks up. I have reinstalled the latest version thinking that maybe just a fresh reinstall would do the trick but that didn't work. I don't have a clue!
