Set up screen HP hw6925

    Hey guys,
    I need your help, I did a hard ware rest on my HP HW6925 telephone but it asks me to tap the screen to set up windows mobile-based device but it does not respond. The phone is sending and receiving calls. What I could do to fix this problem.
