I have this HQ movie 1024x576 (1.78:1) [=16:9], FPS = 40, Bitrate = 12172 kb/s coded in Xvid and AC3. I used to play it on XP with not problems but now on Windows 7 it is different. The movie plays fine but every 10-20 seconds the video playback stops for 1 second and then resumes having skipped the frames it was frozen at. The audio plays fine all the time. Also, if I go out of fullscreen and make the movie window smaller, it seems to skip less. What can I do to make it the way it was on XP?
