Hi i have an acer laptop with a built in crystal eye webcam the only problem is i cant record a video using the webcam there is no software any idea of any good software to do this.cheers
Have you checked the acer website for any updates to your pc usually they have the software updates there for using the webcam it could also be preconfigured to be used with messenger programs, skype etc. in any event you should also be able to access the webcam through the control panel. I don't know why you would want to record a video from the built in webcam but good luck.
there is no record option in the webcam program.all it does is take photos i have no idea why.it was just myself playing the guitar i wanted to record
