internet ex keeps crashing

    hi
    i have internet ex 7 instilled in my computer and lately its been crashing same with firefox...i had roxio installed in my computer
    and now that i removed it ive been getting these crashes.i did virus
    scan defraggment and uswed ccleaner to no avail.is there something else that would help?tell me please.thanks.

    moved to correct forum as not a pc hardware issue. have you tried a system restore to before the problem?

    thanks i just tried to reinstall internet ex 7 from scratch.lets see if it fixed the problem.thanks.
