    Since no one else has helped you let me give it a try, while I admit not good at reading hijack logs I see you have Windows Defender and Spybot but I don't see any antivirus software. I would begin by updating Spybot and runnign a scan then download one of these antivirus programs AVG,AVIRA, AVAST http://download.cnet.com/windows/3150-20_4-0.html?filter=licenseName=Free&tag=rb_content;contentNav install one of them update it to latest and run a full system scan you can also go online to http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm all of these options are free, I would also suggest getting SuperAntiSpyware or Malwarebytes AntiSpyware, Spybot just isn't as good as it once was nor is Adaware.
