    i have got an old computer and it is a pentium 3 processor and it has 501 mhz and the ram is 16Mx64 sdram pc100-222-620 and i am trying to figure out the what is the limit of ram i can put into this computer and what and where to get more ram.

    1. probably 1MB max, need more information to be exact, like motherboard model number.

    2. The 4 letter auction site is your best bet. They have tons of that old stuff.

    Some of those old boards supported 2GB (if they had 4 slots and a well writen bios). However, consider this: there are cell phones that have more power than that old pentium 3...do you realy want to waist money on a ram upgrade?
