For some reason my computer won't detect my Zune. It starts charging but it says driver install fail which is weird because it worked before. The Zune software doesn't recognize it either. Can anyone help?

Device manager shows everything is okay. My laptop has 3 usb ports and I've tried them all. As soon as its plugged in, it tries installing it but fails.
