MenuShrink Error Message--

I'm getting an error when running menushrink--"can't access or create backup folder Menushrink backup". I'm trying to shrink a file from my DVDR/W drive. Can't even figure out how to save the decrypted dvd to my harddrive.

I'm so new that I can't understand why the menushrink download didn't create the folders needed to run the application.
I've read the guides, and I'm sorry if I missed this info in one of the forums.

Copy the DVD to your HDD and work with those files.

Dialysis is right on, as per normal.

Step one is to get the files to your HDD for other all other processes.
