Is there a way to repair or service a storm activated under alltel? Alltel said they have no info in there records on it so they can't help. Verizon said since i'm not activated under there account they can't help me. RIM Contacted alltel on my behalf and explain to them I was having problems with my phone and alltel said if it's technical they can't do anything because it's not in there system. Is there any way around this?
