how to put a program on 2 or 3 disc

This might sound simple..but i have a program i want to back up and put to a cd. But the program is 1300 mb .. how can i get the program on multiple cd's and then reinstall if i have to. Can i just split to files using winrar then put on cd's? :O)) Thx for any help

 

is it the installer? .. if not forget it.. if it is burn it to dvd.

 

There is a program that can extract all the files from the exe Its called Universal Extractor. Once extracted you can spread those files across as many cd's as need then just re-assemble them.

and how about mediachecks which are hardcoded these days?

I'm guessing it's a dvd size program.. we really don't have enough to go on here so whatever we say is pointless.
