I have been successful at backing up movies to BD-25 using the following software:

    AnyDVD
    BDInfo
    tsMuxer
    IMGBurn

Now however, I am looking to backup a TV show. All the movies I burn have a single large .m2ts associated with the playlist file. The TV show, however, has a .m2ts file for every episode on the disk.

In tsMuxer I can select multiple playlist files which gets associated to the correct .m2ts files and after muxing it creates a single large .m2ts file which looks correct as its the combined size of the seperate original .m2ts files. When played, however, only the first episode is viewed as I can't figure out a way to get to the second episode. There is no next button and when finished it simply stops.

Can someone direct me to a way to get this working?

You should use the append feature.

I assume you mean the join button? It never becomes active - its always grayed out. This isn't a case where a single playlist file has 2 m2ts files within it. I have 2 playlist files and their associated m2ts files and I can't seem to see how the join button comes into play.

If you know what each episode and what order they should be viewed in you should use this. It is great for what you are trying to achieve.
