    Hi
Can anyone help me? I'm running Win XP, Celeron CPU 2.53GHz and 1GB Ram.

I've upgraded my Flash Player to the latest version but anytime I load apps that it, it uses 98%+ of CPU Usage. Apps take ages to load, if at all and when they do, they slow and completely useless.

Can anyone give me some advice to what maight be going on and how to fix this?

    Thanks

if you don't have a dedicated graphics card, videos will always be processed by the processor.

As far as I was aware, Flash always was, regardless of the GPUs. What sort of apps are we talking about?
