I bought a razer mamba and it works perfectly in wireless mode
but when I switch to use the mouse in wired usb 2.0 mode.
windows dose not respond. no errors messages nothing at all.
it has being tested in Windows XP service pack 3 on 2 different systems and 1 on windows vista on each of the usb ports with and with out the razer Drivers.
when I return the item to the website I bought it from. they email me to say they tested it and found no problems and the mouse is on route back to me.

any one have a solution to why the mouse wont work on any windows system I test it on and the website I bought it from claim it working fine. the mouse is only 2 days old.

and I did contact Razer they recommended me to return it

Yeah, send it back to Razer. You'd be amazed how stupid shops are about stuff like this, they probably only tested the wireless.

Up to the first year (or 90 days, depending on where you live) it is actually the shop's responsibility.
