Remote control for computer

    I hope i'm in the right area for this.

    Anyway I was wondering if anyone has ever used a aftermarket remote conrtol for a pc? I want to be able to use it to watch movies from my pc. any suggestions on a good in expencive remote?

    There are two ways to go. The first is the MCE type remote...they work all right as long as you never leave windows media center and you don't get any pop-ups. Hauppaggue makes a nice remote in this flavor. Or, you could get a Logitech diNovo Mini...it does everything that a keyboard/mouse does, but in a palm-sized package.
