Have all the eurovox boxes in Dublin gone down, or is it just mine? I have done a powerscan, and all I'm getting is "NO SIGNAL" on all channels. And if I do a Autoscan, it does not find channels like before when it would populate a list of found channels.

Connection is fine, basic channels are still coming through the tv. I have tried 2 boxes and they both are not working for me.

what firmware have you on your box?

    If I go to system information it says, Model: DVB-XC BOX TDA. S/W Ver:1.0 STC4 Apr 21 2008. H/W Ver: 2.0t. Bootstrap: v002.
My box was working fine until I put someone else's box in to scan it as it seemed to loose all its channels, I had no joy with that one, and when I put my own one back in, it wouldn't work anymore. I think my signal is ok, because my 17 regular channels are still there, and the green signal bar shows over 80%, but the message bar says "NO SIGNAL"

Manually enter the transponders and scan

Are the transponders the numbers you enter when you press menu, yellow?

I have done a factory reset, and powerscan, and entered the keys, and all I'm getting now is "Q", and "DISCOVERY +1". I know all the premium movie and sport channels were gone, but where have all the other channels gone, and how come no one else has lost theirs?

have you done your rescan on 6.887?

On one box I can manually enter the frequencies, and auto scan, and get some channels, but when I do the exact same thing on the other box, I cant find the channels. Searching with 6887. One is a blue box, and the other is a red box I think. That is the only difference between them.

Can you try them both in another house,to be sure its a signal problem and not a problem with the boxes

Yeah, I'm going out to do that now. The one I can get channels on now has nearly 100 channels now, after deleting the ones that say, please insert smart card. But a powerscan did not find them, I had to do it all manually.
