Im guessing you have a average graphics card budget so a 4770-100$ or a 4850-150$ or a 4870-179$. those 3 are high perfprmance cards and low on price.

The cpu you chose is the last generation and not a very good one. you should return it and get something better like the phenom II.

The case that you got is not that great and it will not work with the motherboard that you got. you will need an atx case. This would be a good basic case.

The other parts are good. You should post yours parts list before you buys so that you can get feedback and make sure everything will work.

CPU: 2/10 - Monstrous power consumption, poor performance, but low price
Mobo: 7/10 - Questionable performance in higher end systems, but a solid design overall
RAM: 9/10 - Good brand, good choice
PSU: 5/10 - Not on the bad list, but an over-rated unit undeserving of a 650W rating
    ODD: 10/10 - Amazing drives
HDD: 6/10 - In this era, the cost gains from using 160GB over say, 250 or 500 aren't really worth bothering with.

Case: Incompatible with motherboard. Another is required. On its own merits 1/10 - Rosewill stuff is cheap crap.
