could you rephrase your question is it that you don't remember your passwords for your email account and what email are you using.
well I still don't understand you but let me put like this if you are using email on the internet such as googles gmail or yahoo mail well retrieving those passwords will require you in some cases to call them and answer a host of questions and to get it or change it. Now if your trying to get them offer your pc because you were using one form or another of Outlook or Windows Mail that can be very difficult if at all possible because the files are encrypted one reason to use strong standard form passwords that you will always remember.
